How to get started — live in 24 to 48 hours
No servers to buy, no cabling, no IT department. Four steps from first enquiry to your first scan at the gate, with a named representative alongside you throughout.
Fill out the registration form
Complete the enquiry form with your school’s basic details. It takes about two minutes from a phone. Open the form →
Account set up within 24 hours
We create your institution’s account on our cloud and share login credentials with the person you nominate.
Provide data for QR card generation
Download the student data export in Excel format from the UDISE+ portal and share it with us. We upload it, generate QR codes and prepare cards. Faces are mapped from the photographs in the same set.
Dedicated support and go-live
Our representative contacts you to walk through the app, mount the first scan point, train the office staff, and stay reachable while the habit settles in.
What we need from your side
- Student and staff list in Excel — a UDISE+ export is ideal, but any spreadsheet with name, class, section, roll and parent mobile works
- One photograph per student and staff member (used for the ID card, the parent app profile and face mapping)
- Parent mobile numbers, so notifications reach the right phone
- One Android phone or tablet per scan point, and a power socket near the gate
- A nominated staff contact who will hold the admin login
What stays with us
QR code generation, ID card design and printing, face mapping, cloud account setup, app configuration, staff training, and support. You are not asked to configure anything technical.
See the whole flow before you commit
Our product tour walks through setup, scanning and the parent notification. Available in English and Bengali — useful to play at a staff or parents’ meeting.

The first month, realistically
Habit forming
Expect a queue on day one and none by day four. A staff member stands at the scan point for the first two or three mornings while students learn the rhythm.
Parents notice
The notifications start conversations at home. This is where the punctuality change shows up — headmasters consistently report arrival times tightening in the second week.
Reports take over
The first monthly attendance statements go out to parents, and the office stops totalling registers by hand. Auto-absent rules get tuned to your actual bell times.
Start the 24-hour clock
Fill in the registration form and your account will be ready within a day. If you would rather talk first, WhatsApp or call us — we answer during working hours, and often outside them.
