Birthday wishes on scan
When a student scans on their birthday, the app greets them by name and the wish reaches the parent too. A small thing that parents talk about.
Very light on data and storage
The app needs only a nominal amount of data to run. Captured images are removed from the device once synced, so a school phone never fills up.
Class access per device
The administrator decides which classes each device may mark. A gate phone can be limited to Classes IX to XII while a class phone sees only its own section.
Choose the staff device
Nominate exactly which device staff may use to mark their own attendance — so staff punches cannot be made from a student-facing gate phone.
Deeply customisable devices
Scan windows, IN/OUT behaviour, auto-absent cut-offs, device names, notification wording, which register a device writes to — each device is configured to its job.
*SMS delivery attracts extra charges. Face recognition speed depends on device capability and lighting conditions at the scan point.
What the administrator actually gets
The gate is only half the job. The other half is a register that adds itself up, a report that survives a school inspection, and a list of who to call today.
Device-wise, class-wise, date-wise reports
Filter by any combination and export to PDF or Excel. Monthly attendance percentages are generated per student.
Daily defaulter list
Everyone who missed check-in or check-out, ready before the school day ends.
Auto-absent, your rules
Set the cut-off per class. After that time, unmarked students are flagged absent automatically.
Separate student and staff registers
Teaching and non-teaching staff attendance runs alongside students, with its own reports.
Register still maintained on paper, if you want
Several of our schools keep the physical register alongside the digital one during the first term. Both can coexist.

Attendance is recorded and the parent is notified, with no image shared outward at all. For institutions whose policy or managing committee rules out photo sharing.
